When it’s just before curtain – you are about to go live on air – a line of several hundred guests are waiting to enter your attraction – an expensive event is about to take place in your ballroom, you need to be confident that your lighting system will work. If you have a failure, you need to be equally confident that you can get it up and running again quickly — with no excuses.
At Murphy Lighting Systems we understand that people depend on you and that any failure is critical. Our service department is the best in the industry for several reasons:

Large Stock of Spare Parts
We have one of the largest inventories of spare parts in the industry. This helps to ensure that we can get your system up and running, day, night or weekends.
Full Test Facility
The only way to test many components is in a real environment. We have a full test facility, complete with test bed dimmer racks.
As a Murphy Lighting Systems customer, our relationship with you continues long after the sale. We offer a wide variety of preventative maintenance programs to ensure your equipment stays in excellent working condition.
Terms & Conditions
Murphy Lighting Systems charges an hourly rate for bench repairs, service calls, site with a 1-hour minimum charge and travel time.
An After Hours rate of 1.5 times the normal hourly rate will be applied to services rendered outside the hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
An emergency rate of 2 times the normal hourly rate will be applied to services rendered with less than 48 hours (normal business hours) prior notice.
A holiday rate of 2 times the normal hourly rate will be applied to services rendered on any holiday recognized by Murphy Lighting Systems.
Travel time is based upon the total, round trip time from Murphy Lighting Systems to site. This time is based upon Google Maps and is priced at the normal hourly Rate. Emergency travel time is billed at a premium rate of 1.5 times.
Management may alter or waive the above rates at any time for special circumstances.
Warranty repairs are provided by the Manufacturer and follow the Manufacturers’ Warranty Policy.
Murphy Lighting Systems is an authorized service center. Charges for travel, site time, and bench repair is the responsibility of the customer if not covered and authorized by the manufacturer.
Murphy Lighting Systems has a variety of equipment that is available for rental to keep your system functional. Rental is on availability and does not cover all equipment components. Charges for rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer if not covered and authorized by the manufacturer.
