Mateo Bedoya Arbelaez

Mateo joined the Murphy team in August 2024 as a Lighting Technician.

After separating from the United States Navy, as an Air Traffic Controller, his passion for filmmaking and the entertainment industry brought him back home to Orlando, FL.

Mateo graduated from Full Sail University with his Film Bachelor’s Degree. His passion for cinematography has grown his love for all things lighting.

Mateo’s favorite thing about Murphy Lighting Systems is the blessing to have a career where lighting and theme parks cross paths.. what more can you ask for?
